PAES Lab

The Practical Assessment Exploration System (PAES Lab), available at the SKDS Radnor Campus, helps give students the tools they’ll need to participate in the working world.
They will be taught basic, on-the-job skills like clocking in and out, receiving and completing assignments, and participating in hands-on activities related to a specific career field.
 
The main purpose of the PAES Lab is to assist students as the explore and learn new skills related to over 200 jobs in five different work areas. The PAES helps create a real work environment, so that pour students can experience various skills related to having a real job. The PAES Lab also helps to identify whichwork areas students are interested in, as well as, which areas they might have an aptitude for. This will hopefully enable them to find meaningful employment after graduation.
